I approach commercial real estate as a consultant. My goal in each transaction is not to sell a property; it is to find the best location for buyer clients and the best buyer/tenant for owner clients. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of businesses and property owners grow and succeed.

My family gave me a T-Shirt that says: “EAT SLEEP REAL ESTATE”. That pretty much sums it up. My wonderful wife and I have had a great life in Sanford for almost 40 years. We have two amazing children who have moved north and become Yankees; other than that, we are very proud of both of them.
